• Refactored the integration testing harness to improve developer ergonomics, documentation, and test reliability.

• Redesigned services and data pipelines serving critical support signals — eligibility, service levels, and case routing — across GCP, Google Workspace, and Maps.

• Achieved 99.99% uptime and sub-500ms latency with zero outages or customer-facing bugs post-launch.

• Eliminated engineering-attention incidents entirely (from 70+ per year to zero) through improved architecture and reliability.

• Designed multi-layer caching strategies balancing data freshness requirements against strict latency targets.

• Built an async orchestration layer over multiple upstream services, each with significantly more relaxed SLOs, to meet a tighter composite SLO.
